Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of targeted preventive nursing in the treatment of lymphoma patients with Rituximab Injection. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 60 patients with lymphoid cancer treated with Rituximab Injection in our hospital were selected as subjects and divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30).Patients in observation group were treated with preventive nursing and patients in control group were treated with basic nursing. The incidence of adverse reactions and the changes of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%, lower than that in the control group (36.67%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Rituximab Injection in the chemotherapy of patients with lymphatic cancer plays an obvious role in the implementation of targeted preventive nursing, which can significantly reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients, significantly improve the psychological state of patients, and significantly improve the nursing effect.
