Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of intravenous anesthesia and inhalation anesthesia in painless fiberbronchoscopy. Methods Eighty patients with respiratory diseases who needed fiberbronchoscopy in our hospital from October 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study objects, they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to the random number table method. The observation group was given intravenous anesthesia and the control group was given inhalation anesthesia. The intraoperative vital signs, operation time, anesthesia recovery time and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the blood oxygen saturation and respiratory rate were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and anesthesia recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion General intravenous anesthesia can keep the vital signs stable, shorten the operation time and anesthesia recovery time, reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
