Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical experience of single operation with painless colonoscopy. Methods A total of 78 patients with painless colonoscopy admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group by computer, with 39 cases in each group. The control group used painless gastroscopy with double operation, and the observation group used single operation. The clinical indicators and the total incidence of intraoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate of the two groups before and after examination (P>0.05).After examination, there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate between the two groups (P>0.05).The length of the ileocecal mirror in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Single-person operation is safe and effective in painless colonoscopy, which is worthy of clinical application.
