Abstract:Objective To study the anesthetic effect between Fentanyl and low-dose Dextrozine combined with Propofol in painless artificial abortion. Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing artificial abortion in gynecological outpatient clinic of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given Fentanyl combined with Propofol for anesthesia, and patients in the experimental group were given low-dose Dextrozine combined with Propofol for anesthesia. The heart rate, mean arterial pressure, and blood oxygen saturation before surgery, after anesthesia, and after waking in two groups of patients were compared. The analgesic effect and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in two groups of patients were observed. Results There were no significant differences in heart rate, mean arterial pressure, and blood oxygen saturation between the experimental group and the control group before surgery, after anesthesia, and after waking (P>0.05). The total effective rate of analgesia in the experimental group was 98.00%, which was higher than the 90.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Low-dose Dextrozine combined with Propofol for anesthesia has a good clinical effect in painless artificial abortion. The patients′vital signs are stable, which can effectively improve the analgesic effect, reduce the pain score, and have fewer adverse reactions after surgery.
