Abstract:Objective To discuss the value of prenatal immunization test. Methods From January to December 2018,200 cases of maternal women admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of study. They were divided into control group (100 cases) and research group (100 cases) according to the computer random method. The control group received the regular prenatal examination, that was, the first pregnancy test at 16-20 weeks, and then received a routine pregnancy examination every 4 weeks, but did not receive an immunology test. The research group received routine prenatal test + immunology test, that was, the first pregnancy test at 16-20 weeks, and then received a routine pregnancy test every 4 weeks and immunology test, until the end of delivery. The positive detection rate of immunology test indexes, the incidence rate of high risk pregnancy, the delivery mode and the incidence rate of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The positive detection rate of maternal immunology test in the study group was 12% higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (χ2=4.3478, P=0.0370).The incidence of high-risk pregnancy in the study group was 11%, lower than that in the control group for 22%, with statistically significant difference (χ2=4.3912, P=0.0361).The natural delivery rate of parturients in the study group was 80%, which was higher than that of the control group by 50%, with statistically significant difference (χ2=19.7802, P=0.0000).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 0%, lower than that in the control group for 5%, with statistically significant difference (χ2=5.1282, P=0.0235).Conclusion Compared with routine prenatal examination, prenatal immunology test can further understand the basic conditions of maternal in detail, so that timely intervention measures can be taken to improve the quality of maternal delivery.
