Abstract：Objective To explore the value of comfortable nursing in rehabilitation nursing of schizophrenics.Methods A total of 124 inpatients with schizophrenia admitted to the Mental Hospital of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected and they were divided into observation group (n=62, comfortable nursing+routine nursing) and control group (n=62, routine nursing) by random number table method.Before and after 6 months of nursing, the condition were evaluated by inpatient observation scale for psychiatric nurses (NOSIE) and the nursing total satisfaction of the two groups were investigated.Results After intervention, the scores of social ability, social interest and personal neatness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of irritability, mental illness and depression were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group (96.77%) was higher than that of the control group (83.87%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in schizophrenia has a good effect, it can effectively improve the mental state of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.It is recommended to promote.
