Abstract:Objective To explore the application of high quality nursing mode in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods From March 2019 to January 2020, 60 patients with stable COPD in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random comprehensive balance method, they were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30).The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode, and the observation group adopted the high-quality nursing mode. The scores of self-management ability, quality of life, self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self rating depression scale (SDS) were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of respiratory function exercise, whole body exercise, family oxygen therapy and medicine compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing mode in patients with COPD in stable stage can improve their self-management ability and quality of life, and help them overcome the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
