Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of nurses′hierarchicalmanagementmode in nursing staff and patientswith acute severe hepatitis.Methods A total of 82patientswith acute severe hepatitis from March 2018 to September 2019 and 31nursing staffwere selected as research objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number tablemethod.The observation group included 41patients and 15nurses which were applied to nurses′hierarchicalmanagementmode.The control group included 41patients and 16nurseswhich were applied to routine nursing mode.The quality of nursing managementmode and patients′overall satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The scores of nursing quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differencea were statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients′overall satisfaction in the observation group(97.56%)was higher than that in the control group (80.49%),and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses′hierarchicalmanagementmode nursing can significantly improve the quality of nursing management and patients′satisfaction.
