连续护理联合24h动态血压监测对原发性高血压患者血压控制和护理满意度的影响

摘要目的探讨连续护理联合24h动态血压监测（ABPM）干预对原发性高血压患者血压控制、护理满意度的影响。方法选取2017年4月～2018年1月我院收治的100例原发性高血压患者，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组各50例。对照组接受高血压常规护理及系统健康教育，实验组在此基础上结合24h ABPM 给予连续护理干预，比较两组血压控制、护理满意度情况。结果干预前，两组的收缩压（SBP）和舒张压（DBP）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预1、3个月，两组的SBP和DBP 低于干预前，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组干预1个月后的SBP和DBP 比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预3个月后，实验组SBP和DBP 低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论原发性高血压患者应用连续护理联合24h ABPM 干预，不仅可提高患者的护理满意度，可有效控制其血压水平，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing combined with 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) intervention on blood pressure control and nursing satisfaction in patients with essential hypertension.Methods 100 patients with essential hypertension in our hospital from April 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing of hypertension and systematic health education.On this basis,the experimental group was given continuous nursing intervention combined with 24-hour ABPM.And then the blood pressure control and the nursing total satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The SBP and the DBP after intervention 1,3 months were lower than before between the two groups (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SBP and DBP between the two groups after 1 month of intervention (P＞0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the SBP,DBP in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing combined with 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring intervention in patients with essential hypertension can not only improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,but also effectively control their blood pressure level,which is worthy of clinical application.
