Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive psychological intervention in cervical cancer patients.Methods From April 2018 to November 2019,60 patients with cervical cancer who were received radical surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number tablemethod,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional radical operation of cervical cancer,and the experimental group was given comprehensive psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of Herth hope scale and resilience scale(CDRISC)were compared between the two groups.Results The Herth score of the two groups after nursing was better than that before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Herth score of the experimental group after nursing was better than that of the control group,the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of optimism,tenacity,strength and the total scores of RISC in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,the total scores of optimism,tenacity,strength and the total scores of RISC in the experimental group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention can effectively improve the hope level of cervical cancer patients,enhance the level of psychological flexibility of patients,and can be popularized in clinical practice.
