Abstract：Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of serum estradiol (E), total cholesterol (TC)2 and triacylglycerol (TG) in perimenopausal women. Methods A total of 125 perimenopausal women admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Xinyu City in Jiangxi Province from January to July in 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy women who had physical examination in the Fourth Hospital of Xinyu City in Jiangxi Province in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of E2, TC and TG were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between E2 and TC, TG was analyzed. Results The E2 level of the observation group was (54.7±9.5)ng/L, which was lower than that of the control group ([97.8±10.6]ng/L), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The level of TC of the observation group was (5.4±0.6) mmol/L, the level of TG of the observation group was (1.2±0.4)mmol/L, which were higher than those of the control group ([4.8±0.7], [0.9±0.5]mmol/L), the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The level of E2 and TC、TG were significant negative correlation (r=-0.812, -0.513，P＜0.05).Conclusion The E2 level and TC, TG levels of women in perimenopause are significant negative correlation, which could provide basis for guiding clinical treatment.
