Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of multi-directional full-intervention nursing mode on patients in intensive care unit. Methods Sixty patients with severe cases admitted to our hospital from January to September 2019 were enrolled in the study.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (n=30)and the observation group (n=30).The control group received routine nursing, the observation group used a multi-directional full-course intervention nursing method. The incidence of ICU catheter-related infection, adverse reactions and time indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of ICU catheter-related infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The hospitalization time and catheter indwelling time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of multi-directional full-intervention nursing mode in the nursing of critically ill patients can effectively reduce the incidence of catheter-related infections, shorten the length of hospital stay, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
