Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of child health care on the early growth and development of children aged 1-13 months.Methods A total of 62 cases of children admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group (n=31) and observation group (n=31).The control group was given routine health care,while the observation group was given child health care.The physical development,growth and development and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The physical development of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in head circumference,height and weight (P<0.05),the growth and development scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in speech communication,big movements,fine movements and environmental adaptability (P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Child health care for children aged 1 to 13 months can improve their early growth and development,and promote their physical development and growth.
