Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with severe viral hepatitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with severe viral hepatitis admitted to the Ninth Hospital of Nanchang from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in this research.According to the order of admission, patients were divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50) in odds/even number. The control group was provided routine nursing and the observation group was provided evidence-based nursing respectively. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The level of physical elasticity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the total complication rate was 2.0%, lower than that of the control group accounting for 18.0% (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was (92.48±5.19) points, higher than that in the control group of (84.12±5.20) points, with statistical difference (t=8.046, P=0.000).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention has a significant effect on patients with severe viral hepatitis. It can alleviate psychological barriers, provide necessary emotional support, and has high clinical value, worthy of promotion and application.
