Abstract：Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of SPECT/CT tomographic fusion imaging in the bone metastasis of prostate cancer.Methods A total of 110 patients with suspected prostate cancer admitted to People′s Hospital of Nanshan District of Shenzhen City from March 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients received 99mTc-MDP intravenous injection, and all patients were examined by single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and SPECT/CT.Pathological examination was the "gold standard" for the diagnosis of the disease.The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of SPECT/CT fusion images and SPECT whole body bone scan were compared.Results The sensitivity and accuracy of SPECT/CT tomography were higher than those of SPECT whole body bone scan,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the specificity of the two examination methods(P＞0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of SPECT/CT tomographic fusion imaging in the bone metastasis of prostate cancer is significant, and high diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy can be obtained.
