针灸配合间歇导尿术治疗中风患者排尿障碍的临床研究

摘要目的分析中风患者采取针灸配合间歇导尿术治疗对其排尿障碍的改善情况。方法选取2017年2月～2018年5月我院收治的60例中风患者作为研究对象，采取动态随机分组分为对照组（30例）和观察组（30例）。对照组采用留置导尿管治疗，观察组采用针灸联合间歇导尿术治疗。比较两组的症状缓解时间、残余尿量、日常生活能力评分、尿常规白细胞阳性和阴性检出情况。结果观察组患者的症状缓解时间短于对照组，残余尿量少于对照组，差异均有统计意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的日常生活能力评分高于对照组，差异有统计意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的白细胞阳性率低于对照组，差异有统计意义（P＜0.05）。结论中风患者采取针灸配合间歇导尿术治疗，效果显著，可有效改善排尿障碍情况，值得进一步推广。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the improvement of urinary dysfunction in patients with stroke by acupuncture and moxibustion combined with intermittent urinary catheterization.Methods Sixty patients with stroke admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group was treated with indwelling catheter,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with intermittent urinary catheterization.The remission time of symptoms,residual urine volume,daily living ability score,positive and negative detection of Urinary Routine leukocytes were compared between the two groups.Results The remission time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the residual urine volume was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The daily living ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The positive rate of leucocyte in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with intermittent urinary catheterization can effectively improve the condition of voiding disorder,which is worthy of further promotion.
