Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of Baogong Fuyuan Decoction combined with Estradiol Valerate Tablets in the treatment in patients with induced abortion.Methods A total of 126 patients of induced abortion in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into study group (n=63)and control group (n=63).The control group was treated with Baogong Fuyuan Decoction,while the study group was treated with Baogong Fuyuan Decoction combined with Estradiol Valerate Tablets.The therapeutic effect,serum levels of epidermal growth factor(EGF),interleukin-1 (IL-1)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference the levels of EGF and IL-1 in serum between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).The levels of EGF and IL-1 in serum of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the level of serum EGF in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of IL-1 was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Baogong Fuyuan Decoction combined with Estradiol Valerate Tablets in the treatment of induced abortion can not only improve the effect of endometrial repair and prevention of uterine adhesions,but also improve the serum levels of EGF and IL-1,which is worthy of clinical application.
