穴位贴敷治疗脊髓损伤患者术后胃肠功能障碍的效果

摘要目的探讨穴位贴敷治疗脊髓损伤（SCI）患者术后胃肠功能障碍（GD）的效果。方法选取2016年1月～2018年12月在我院住院的90例SCI术后患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各45例。对照组给予常规监护及支持治疗；观察组在对照的基础上，给予自制吴茱萸穴位贴敷在中脘穴、足三里和大肠俞。测定两组术后C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平，比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后第1、3、5天的CRP水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后的胃肠症状评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的治疗总有效率为82.22%，明显高于对照组的53.33%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论穴位贴敷可降低SCI术后患者的炎症反应，对术后GD有一定的治疗作用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of evodia acupoint application on postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction(GD)in patients with spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,90 cases hospitalized in our hospital with SCI after surgery were selected and randomly divided into the control groups and the observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was received routine monitoring and supportive treatment.On the basis of the control group,the observation group were given evodia rutaecarpa acupoints(zhongwan,tsuanli and dachangshu acupoint).The levels of C-reactive protein (CRP)were measured and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of CRP in D1,D3and D5in the observation group were lower than controls(P<0.05）.The gastrointestinal symptoms scores and clinical effect of the observation group(82.22%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(53.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application can reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients with SCI after operation,and has a certain therapeutic effect on GD after operation.
