Application effect of Wechat joint teach-back health education nursing intervention on functional constipation of medical staff in health checkup

Abstract:Objective To explores the application effect of Wechat combined teach-back health education nursing intervention on the detection of functional constipation in medical staff.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018, 100 medical personnel were selected, they were inspected and diagnosed as functional constipation in our hospital.With the health education nursing intervention of Wechat joint teach-back method, the clinical symptom scores were compared before and after the intervention, and the psychological status scores were compared with the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and the self-rating depression Scale (SDS).Results After 8 weeks of intervention, the patient′s constipation symptom scores were lower than those before the intervention, the clinical symptoms were improved, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the patients were lower than those before the intervention, the psychological statuses were improved, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Wechat combined teach-back health education nursing intervention method can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and psychological statusof patients with functional constipation in medical staff.
