Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of experiential teaching in nursing teaching. Methods Seventy nursing interns (nursing students) of grade 2016 in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, 35 in each group. The experimental teaching method was used in the observation group, while the traditional teaching method was used in the control group. Two groups of nursing students were assessed, and the assessment results and the total satisfaction of teaching were compared. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical operation examination of nursing students in observation group were (91.4±4.3) points and (93.2±2.1) points respectively, which were higher than (88.7±2.5) points and (90.6±3.1) points of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing students in the observation group was 94.3%, higher than 80.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion With the development of nursing medicine, experiential teaching has important value in nursing teaching. This teaching method can improve the results of nursing assessment and teaching quality, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
