Abstract:Objective To explore the ultrasonographic diagnosis features of pubic symphysis separation in pregnant women. Methods Altogether 50 pregnant women with pubic symphysis segregation admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the experiment group, and another 50 asymptomatic pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group. The two groups of pregnant women received ultrasound examination, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results The prenatal and 2-week postpartum width of pubic symphysis space in the experiment group was significantly larger than that in the control group (P<0.05).The 2-week postpartum width of pubic symphysis space in the experiment group was significantly less than prenatal one (P<0.05).The prenatal and 2-week postpartum malocclusion error of pubic symphysis separation in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The malocclusion errors of the two groups at postpartum 2 weeks were significantly lower than prenatal ones (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound has high effectiveness in the diagnosis of pubic symphysis segregation in pregnant women, and it can provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with pubic symphysis segregation, which is of great significance.
