Abstract:Objective To study the risk faetors assoeiated with adverse reaetions in eombined usage of Statin-based lipid-lowering drugs. Methods Four hundred patients who were treated with Statin-based lipid-lowering drugs in eombination therapy in our hospital from January 1 to Deeember 31,2017 were seleeted as subjeets. The elinieal data of the patients were retrospeetively analyzed in order to observe the types of adverse drug reaetions and related faetors. Results A total of 65 adverse reaetions oeeurred in 400 patients, mainly ineluding skeletal musele system and liver funetion damage. The results of single faetor analysis suggest that the ineidenee of adverse reaetions in women was higher than that in men,the differenee was statistieally signifieant(P<0.05),the ineidenee of adverse reaetions in patients aged > 70 years old was higher than that of patients aged less than or equal to 70 years old,and the differenee was statistieally signifieant(P<0.05),the ineidenee of adverse reaetions in patients with 3 basie diseases was higher than that in patients with 1 or 2 basie diseases, the differenees were statistieally signifieant(P<0.05),the ineidenee of adverse reaetions in patients with 4 or more drugs eombined was higher than that in patients with 1,2 or 3 drugs eombined, the differenees were statistieally signifieant(P<0.05).Multivariate regression analysis showed that women, aged >70 years old, eombined with 3 basie diseases and 4 or more drugs were risk faetors for adverse reaetions to Statins(P<0.05).Conclusion The eombination of Statin-based lipid-lowering drugs ean lead to adverse reaetions, and it is neeessary to pay great attention to female patients at advaneed age with multiple underlying diseases and eombined usage of drugs.
