Abstract：During the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period，a series of guidelines and polieies for the development of traditional Chinese medieine have been launehed by the state.Our hospital eaught this opportunity to vigorously develop traditional Chinese medieine（TCM），espeeially to eomprehensively remould Chinese pharmaeies，optimize the management of various links sueh as drugs purehasing，storage，warehousing，delivering to eaeh department for elinieal applieation，full-seale supervise the drug quality and usage，aehieve the deployment mode of pharmaeeutieal evaluation on drugs supplied by drug eompanies，zero inventory management on TCM drugs，small paekage of TCM deeoetion pieees，and TCM formula granules in order to further develop management mode and effeetively improve the quality of pharmaeeutieal serviees.The optimized applieation results suggest that the pharmaeeutieal personnel and working spaee ean be saved，the alloeation effieieney and aeeuraey ean be effeetively improved，and the quality of pharmaeeutieal serviee ean be better improved.
