药学服务在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨药学服务在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年8月～2016年8月经我院临床确诊后进行住院治疗的86例2型糖尿病患者为研究病例，根据就诊顺序编号单双号分成两组。对照组（单号）43例给予常规用药指导，试验组（双号）43例则在对照组基础上开展药学服务。比较两组患者的血糖控制、不良反应发生以及用药依从性情况。结果试验组患者的空腹血糖[（6.23±1.62）mmol/L]、餐后2 h血糖[（8.34±2.43）mmol/L]、不良反应发生率（6.98%）均低于对照组[（9.56±2.64）mmol/L、（14.65±3.70）mmol/L、32.56%]，试验组患者用药依从性（95.35%）高于对照组（72.09%）（P＜0.05）。结论给予2型糖尿病患者药学服务，有助于提高临床疗效和患者用药依从性，减少用药不良反应，值得临床借鉴。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo discuss the application effect of pharmaceutical care in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods86 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed by our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected for clinical research.They were divided into two groups according to the single and double number of order number.The control group(single number,43 cases)was given routine medication instruction,while the trial group(double number,43 cases)was given pharmaceutical care on basis of routine medication instruction.Blood sugar control,medication compliance and adverse reaction were compared between two groups.ResultsFBG[(6.23±1.62)mmol/L],2 h PBG[(8.34±2.43) mmol/L]and adverse reaction rate(6.98%)in the trial group were lower than those of the control group[(9.56±2.64) mmol/L,(14.65±3.70)mmol/L,(32.56%),and medication compliance (95.35%)in the trial group was higher than that of the control group(72.09%)(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe pharmaceutical care in patients with type 2 diabetes can help to improve the clinical effect and medication compliance,reduce adverse reaction,hence it is worthy of clinical recommendation.
