药学服务对系统性红斑狼疮患者服药依从性及病情控制的影响

摘要目的研究药学服务对系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者服药依从性及病情控制的影响。方法选取2016年1月～2017年4月我院风湿免疫科确诊的70例SLE患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，每组各35例。对照组患者予以常规用药指导，干预组患者予以针对性的药学服务。比较两组患者干预前及干预后2、4、6个月的Morisky服药依从性量表（MMAS-8）及SLE活动指数量表（SLE-DAI）评分。结果干预前，两组患者的MMAS-8及SLEDAI评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。干预后2、4、6个月，干预组患者的MMAS-8评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后2、4、6个月，干预组患者的SLE-DAI评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论药学服务可以提高SLE患者的服药依从性，而良好的服药依从性有利于SLE病情的控制，对SLE患者的远期预后有重要意义，值得推广。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo understand the effects of pharmacological services on medication compliance and sickness condition control of patientswith systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).MethodsA total of 70 SLE patients confirmed by department of rheumatology and immunology in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,each with 35 cases.The control group was given regular pharmaceutical services,and the intervention group was given targeted pharmaceutical services.The Morisky medication compliance scale(MMAS-8)and the disease activity in SLE scale(SLE-DAI)were compared between the two groups before and 2,4,6 months after intervention.ResultsBefore intervention,there was no significant difference in MMAS-8 and SLEDAIscores between the two groups　(P＞0.05).In the 2,4,6 months after the intervention,the MMAS-8 scores of the patients in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the 2,4,6 months after the intervention,the SLE-DAI scores of the patients in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionPharmacological services for patients with SLE can improve the compliance ofmedication compliance.Good adherence to medication is beneficial to the sickness condition control of patientswith SLE.And it has great significance to the longterm prognosis of patientswith SLE.It isworth spreading.
