Abstract:ObjectiveTo discussthe treatment effect of migraine persistent state patients with comprehensive nursing intervention.Methods From June 2014 to June 2016,60 patients with migraine in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing on the basis of conventional medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of conventional medicine treatment.The average time and degree of headache were measured by SAS and SDS.the serum level of 5-HT was measured by ELISA.Results The pain score of VAS of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the time of headache attack was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).SAS and SDS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum 5-HT between the two groups at admission(P>0.05).After 7 days,the serum 5-HT of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventionwas deserved to be widely applied in clinic as it could improve the clinical curative,relieve anxiety and depression,alleviate symptoms of migraine persistent state patients.
