Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on postoperative pain, complications and quality of life in patients with limb fractures. Methods A total of 82 cases of extremities fracture treated in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group according to the single and double number of admission order,41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the study group was given predictive care based on the control group. The postoperative pain, complications, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The pain degree of 72 h in the two groups was significantly lighter than that of postoperative 24 h (P<0.05).The pain degree of 24 and 72 h in the study group was significantly lighter than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The scores of the quality of life after nursing in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive care has significant clinical effect on patients with limb fractures. It can effectively improve postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of complications and improve quality of life.It is worthy of clinical application.
