Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical value of biochemical indexes such as U-Amy,S-Amy,LPS,TAP and CRP in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods A total of 196 patients with pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were divided into the AP group(n=91)and the non-AP group(n=105)according to clinical diagnosis.Among them,the AP group was subdivided into the mild AP group (MAP,n=57)and the severe AP group (SAP,n=34).Another 40 healthy people at the same time were selected as the healthy control group.The biochemical indexes such as U-Amy,S-Amy,LPS,TAP and CRP were measured and analyzed in the each group respectively.Results The level of U-Amy,S-Amy and TAP in the healthy control group,the non-AP group and the AP group increased from low to high (P＜0.05).The level of LPS in the AP group was significantly higher than that in the non-AP group and the healthy control group (P＜0.05).The levels of CRP in the AP group and the non-AP group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group (P＜0.05).The level of U-Amy,TAP and CRP in the SAP group were significantly higher than those in the MAP group (P＜0.05),while the differences in the S-Amy and LPS level between the two groups were not significant(P＞0.05).In the diagnosis of early AP,the sensitivity and specificity of serum LPS detection were 92.3%and 91.4%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the other four indexes.Conclusion The indexes of U-Amy,S-Amy,LPS,TAP and CRP are good biochemical indexes for the diagnosis of AP.LPS can improve the accuracy of early diagnosis,while TAP and CRP help to judge the severity of the lesion and evaluate the therapeutic effect and prognosis.
