Abstract：Objective To explore the applieation value of blood bioehemieal in traumatie fraeture.Methods A total of 75 eases fraeture patients treated in our department of orthopedies from January 2015 to January 2018 were seleeted as the subjeets，and divided into severe group（35 eases）and mild group（40 eases）aeeording to the AIS-ISS90 elassifieation.Dynamie monitoring of the expression of proealeitonin（PCT），C reaetive protein（CRP），high density lipoprotein eholesterol（HDL-C），ereatine kinase（CK）and ereatine kinase（CK-MB）were eondueted.Results The 1 d after trauma，PCT and CRP in the severe group were higher than the mild group（P＜0.05）.7 d after trauma，the PCT and CRP signifieantly deereased in the two groups（P＜0.05），while the PCT，CRP in the severe group were still higher than that in the mild group（P＜0.05）.1 d after trauma，HDL-C in the severe group was signifieantly lower than that in the mild group（P＜0.05）.7 d after trauma，the HDL-C signifieantly inereased in the two groups（P＜0.05），while HDL-C in the severe group was still lower than that in the mild group（P＜0.05）.1 d after trauma，CK and CK-MB index in severe group were signifieantly higher than those in the mild group（P＜0.05）.7 d after trauma，the CK and CK-MB signifieantly deereased in the two groups（P＜0.05），while CK，CK-MB in severe group was still higher than those in the mild group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The dynamie fluetuations of PCT，CRP，HDL-C，CK and CK-MB in traumatie fraeture patients have eertain regularity.Meanwhile，eontinuous monitoring of related serologieal indieators ean provide referenees for disease eondition and elinieal outeome.
