Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of pain nursing in patients with common digestive system diseases.Methods All of 50 patients with acute pancreatitis and cholelithiasis who received treatment in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group (n=25)and study group (n=25) according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given pain nursing on the basis of the control group: using drugs and non-drug analgesia.The degree of pain,recovery and total satisfaction degree with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Nunlber rating scale (NRS) score of the study group after 12,24 and 48 h of nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).NRS score after 12,24 and 48 h nursing in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed and hospitalization in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the time of sleeping at night was significantly longer than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree with nursing of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing quality evaluation can significantly reduce the pain of patients,and it can promote the recovery of patients and have a high degree of nursing satisfaction,it is worth to be widely promoted in clinic.
