Abstract：Chronic liver failure is a serious liver diseases caused by multiple causes,which leads to severe disorders or decompensation of liver synthesis,detoxification,excretion and biotransformation.At last,a group of clinical symptoms mainly manifested as coagulation disorder and jaundice,hepatic encephalopathy,ascites,etc.Fungal infection mostly belongs to nosocomial infections,community infections are rare,liver failure complicated with fungal infections will lead to a sharp deterioration of the disease,the prognosis is very poor.This study retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment of a case of liver failure complicated with pulmonary fungal infection and reviewed the literature.The aim was to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of liver failure complicated with fungal infection by clinicians,so as to improve the survival rate of patients with liver failure.
