Abstract：Objective To compare the effect of Triamcinolone Acetonide Econazole Cream and Miconazole Nitrate Cream in the treatment of fungal external otitis.Methods A total of 200 cases of patients with fungal external otitis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases).The control group was treated with external auditory canal flushing combined with Miconazole Nitrate Cream,while the experimental group was treated with external auditory canal flushing combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Econazole Cream.The total effective rate and recurrence rate of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Triamcinolone Acetonide Econazole Cream is better than that of Miconazole Nitrate Cream,which is worthy of clinical application.
