ObjectiveTo explore the effect of application of nursing management in nosocomial infection the control of hemodialysis room.MethodsAltogether 178 hemodialysis patients who receivedstandardized nursing management in nosocomial infection control of hemodialysis room in Foshan People′s Hospital of Gaoming District from February 2012 to January 2016 were selected as observation group;another 160 hemodialysis patients who received conventional nursing management in nosocomial infection control of hemodialysis room from January 2008 to January 2012 were selected as control group;the post-nursing infections, complications, health indicators and nursing satisfaction degree of two groups were compared.ResultsThere were 8 cases of infections in control group(160,5%)versus 1 case of infection in observation group(178,0.56%),with statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ2=7.598,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group(2.81%)was significantly lower than that in control group(10.63%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In contrast with control group, observation group showed significantly higher levels of nursing health indicators, especially in the qualified rate of instrument usage(98%),the hand hygiene passing rate(99%), the air qualified rate(96%)and the disinfectant qualified rate(99%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Compared with control group (84.38%),the nursing satisfaction degree of observation group (98.88%)was significantly higher, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionNursing management plays an active and effective role in nosocomial infection the control of hemodialysis room.It can effectively reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections in the hemodialysis room and the incidence of complications, improve nursing level of health indicators and patients′satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical application.
