ObjectiveTo explore nursing management efficacy of the rescue process after optimized in EICU.Methods60 patients who receivedtreatments in EICU in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group and rescued by the optimized process. The other 60 patients hospitalized in EICU from July 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the control group and rescued by traditional process. The rescue preparation time, survival rate, the number of participating nurses, incidence of adverse care events and nursing satisfaction of family members of patients were compared between two groups.ResultsThe rescue preparation time of the observation group[(1.7±0.2)min]was shorter than that of the control group[(3.6±0.4)min],the survival rate(86.7%)was higher than that of the control group(66.7%), the number of participating nurses[(2.9±0.3)cases]was less than that of the control group[(4.5±0.4)cases],the incidence of adverse care events(3.3%)was lower than that of the control group(15.0%),the nursing satisfaction of family members of patients(90.0%)was higher than that of the control group(73.4%),all the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe rescue process after optimized in EICU can save the rescue time, improve the success rate of rescue, save nursing staff. It is worthy of clinical application.
