心理护理用于宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管堵塞导致不孕不育的作用

摘要目的观察心理护理用于宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管堵塞导致不孕不育的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1～12月收治的输卵管堵塞导致不孕不育患者88例，均接受宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合治疗，将其按照不同护理的方式分为2组，观察组44例（心理护理），对照组44例（常规护理）；观察两组患者的治疗依从性、护理满意度、生活质量以及抑郁、焦虑程度。结果观察组患者的治疗依从性[（93.15±4.26）分]、护理满意度(97.73%)明显高于对照组患者[（87.25±4.01）分、70.45%]，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的生活质量评价中，躯体功能[（92.65±6.05）分]、心理功能[（93.33±6.11）分]、社会功能[(89.22±4.33)分]、物质生活[（90.25±5.32）分]均高于对照组[（75.33±3.45）、（72.36±3.25）、(60.55±2.65)、（75.15±3.15）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理1周后，两组患者的抑郁、焦虑程度均有所改善，与护理前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且护理后观察组患者的抑郁[（42.76± 4.18）分]、焦虑程度[（45.64±4.91）分]评分优于对照组[（47.87±4.46）、（50.08±4.69）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论输卵管堵塞导致不孕不育患者应用心理护理可以有效地提高治疗依从性、生活质量以及护理满意度，并能减少患者的抑郁和焦虑程度，临床上值得推广及应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of application of psychological nursing combined with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the treatment of infertility caused by fallopian tubal blockage.Methods88 cases of tubal-blockagecaused infertility patients who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected in this study, underwent the combined treatment of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy and were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods.44 cases in observation group(treated with psychological nursing)and 44 cases in control group (treated with routine nursing).The treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction degree and quality of life as well as the depression and anxiety degree of two groups were compared.ResultsThe treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree of observation group[(93.15±4.26)points,97.73%]were higher than those of control group[(87.25±4.01)points, 70.45%],with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);of all the quality-of-life scale scores,the physical function,psychological function,the social function and the material life scores in observation group[(92.65±6.05),(93.33±6.11), (89.22±4.33),(90.25±5.32)points]were higher than those in control group [(75.33±3.45),(72.36±3.25),(60.55±2.65), (75.15±3.15)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of nursing,the depression and anxiety degree of two groups were all decreased,and compared with those before nursing,while those in observation group were better than those in control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of psychological nursing in treatment of tubal blockage infertility patients can effectively improve the treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction degree and quality of life,and reduce the patients′depression and anxiety degree, which is worthy of popularization and clinical application.
