Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore application effect of different nutrition support schemes in perioperative period of esophageal carcinoma.Methods40 patients with esophageal carcinoma from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the study objects.20 patients with parenteral nutrition who could not be enteral nutrition were selected as the control group;20 patients with enteral nutrition were selected as the observation group.The incidence rate of complications and the changes of the test indexes in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe incidence rate of complication of the observation group was 15.00%,which was lower than that of the control group (55.00%),with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of albumin and lymphocyte count between the two groups (P>0.05).The level of plasma prealbumin and transferrin at 1 d before operation and after operation for seventh days in the observation group was significantly higher than that at admission and in the control group at the same time,with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionEnteral nutrition support for esophageal carcinoma patients during perioperative period can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and serum prealbumin and transferrin levels increase significantly after treatment,it is worthy of of clinical promotion and application.
