Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic esophageal stent implantation in patients with esophageal cancer with or with esophageal fistula.Methods50 patients with esophageal cancer with or without esophageal fistula were enrolled in our hospital from September 2010 to August 2017.All patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,25 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with esophageal fistula, the control group was treated with endoscopic dilator dilatation. After treatment, the anasomotic diamcter,short-teral carative effect, recurrence rate and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe anastomotic diameter,short-term curative effect and stenosis of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The recurrence rate and complication rate were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionEsophageal cancer with stenosis or esophageal fistula patients with endoscopic esophageal stent implantation treatment of short-term effect is significant, with high safety, lower recurrence rate and less complications, can effectively solve the problem of esophageal stenosis, worthy of clinical promotion application.
