消化内镜在上消化道出血治疗中的临床应用价值研究

摘要目的探讨消化内镜在上消化道出血治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取2013年1月～2016年12月我院收治的60例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象，采取计算机随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组采取药物保守治疗，观察组采取消化内镜治疗，比较两组患者的总有效率、止血时间、退热时间、再出血率、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者总有效率为93.33%，显著高于对照组的73.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的止血时间、退热时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的再出血率为3.33%，明显低于对照组的20.00%（P＜0.05）；观察组的并发症总发生率为10.00%，明显低于对照组的33.33%，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用消化内镜对上消化道出血患者进行治疗，可有效提高患者的临床疗效，促进其快速止血，还可有效减少再出血、并发症。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application value of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.MethodsFrom January 2013 to December 2016,60 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were enrolled from our hospital.By a random number table,the patients were evenly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.In control group,drug conservative therapy was used,while in observation group,digestive endoscopy was adopted.The total effectiveness rate,hemostasis time,time of abating fever,rebleeding rate,incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effectiveness rate in the observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 73.33%(P＜0.05).The hemostatic time and time of abating fever in the observation group were both shorter in comparison with those in the control group(P＜0.05).The re-bleeding rate and incidence of complications in the observation group were 3.33%and 10.00%,both lower than those in the control group,20.00%and 33.33%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionFor patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,application of digestive endoscopy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,facilitate the hemostasis,and can also obviously reduce the incidence of rebleeding and complications.
