Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with primary pulmonary hypertension

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with primary pulmonary hypertension.MethodsAltogether 44 primary pulmonary hypertension patients who were treated in department of cardiology our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided according to the random digital table method into the control group and the experiment group,22 cases in each group.The experiment group was received comprehensive nursing intervention,while the control group was received routine nursing.The SF-36 scale was used to investigate the quality of life of the two groups.Results The post-interventional scores of all dimensions of quality of life of the experiment group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The post-interventional scores of all dimensions of the quality of life of the experiment group were higher than those before the intervention,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Active and comprehensive nursing intervention measures can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with pulmonary hypertension,and provide a scientific basis for clinical nursing workers to formulate effective health education strategies.
