Abstract：Objective To observe the diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram for patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart arrhythmia treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects,and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random digital table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine electrocardiogram diagnosis,while the observation group took the dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis.The diagnostic value of the two groups were compared.Results The detection rates of ventricular arrhythmia,atrial arrhythmia,atrioventricular block and short needle supraventricular speed in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The diagnostic total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring for patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease can effectively monitor the time of arrhythmia and the condition of coronary ischemia,gives timely and effective intervention treatment,avoids the deterioration of the disease,has high value,and provides sufficient reference information for clinicians to diagnose and treat the disease.It has to be further promoted and adopted.
