Comparison of clinical effect of mammato minimally invasive rotary drainage and traditional open incision and drainage in the treatment of lactation mammary abscess

摘要目的 探讨麦默通微创旋切引流术（MMT）与传统开放切开引流术治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿临床疗效。方法 选择2014年6月～2017年6月在我院治疗的100哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者，根据手术方式的不同，将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例。观察组使用MMT进行手术，对照组采用传统开放切开引流术，对两组的术后疼痛程度与术后复发率进行比较。结果 术前，观察组的数字疼痛量表（VAS）评分为（3.8±0.8）分，对照组的VAS评分为（3.7±0.9）分；术后，观察组的 VAS 评分为（2.4±0.5）分，对照组的 VAS 评分（3.3±0.7）分；两组术前 VAS 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），术后的VAS评分均低于术前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术后观察组的VAS评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的复发率（6.00%）明显低于对照组（22.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 MMT能明显减轻患者治疗过程的痛苦，并且复发率低，值得临床中推广应用。
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mammato minimally invasive rotary drainage (MMT)and traditional open drainage in the treatment of breast abscess during lactation.Methods The 100 breast abscess patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to the different surgical methods,50 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were operated by mammato minimally invasive circumflex drainage,and the patients in the control group were operated by traditional open incision and drainage.After the operation,the postoperative pain degree of the two groups and the postoperative recurrence rate was compared.Results Before operation,the VAS score of the observation group was(3.8±0.8)points,and the VAS score of the control group was(3.7±0.9)points.After operation the VAS score of the observation group was(2.4±0.5)points and the VAS score of the control group was(3.3±0.7)points.There was no significant difference in preoperative score between the two groups(P＞0.05）,and the postoperative VAS score was higher than that before the operation (P<0.05）;the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05）;the recurrence rate of the observation group (6%)was significantly lower than that of the control group (22%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion MMT can obviously reduce the pain of the patients,and the recurrence rate is low.It is worthy of clinical application.
