Abstract:Objective To compare and analyze ultrasonic characteristics between non-lactating mastitis and breast cancer. Methods 37 cases of patients with non-lactating mastitis treated in our hospital from June 2014 to September 2015 were selected as group A and at the same time 34 cases of patients with breast cancer were selected as group B.All patients in two groups were confirmed by pathological examination and preoperative color Doppler ultrasound examination was performed to observe the sonographic appearance of tumor in the patients in two groups. Results In group A,among patients with preoperative ultrasound diagnosis 15 cases were grade 2,14 cases were grade 3 and 8 cases were misdiagnosed as grade 4,while in group B,patients with preoperative ultrasound diagnosis showed that there were 8 cases in grade 3 and 26 cases in grade 4.There was no statistical significance in mass blood supply, boundary definition, rear attenuation and lift and right distribution in two groups(P>0.05).The differences of micro calcification of tumor, blood flow resistance index, aspect ratio, axillary lymph node enlargement and local liquefaction in two groups had statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion The ultrasonic imaging characteristics of breast cancer and non-lactating mastitis are partly similar, but the micro calcification of tumor, blood flow resistance index, aspect ratio, axillary lymph node enlargement and local liquefaction condition have different characteristics, which can provide an important reference for disease identification and diagnosis.
