Abstract:Objective To explore the management mode of family-based recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA)and to provide an effective reference for clinical psychological intervention in the treatment of RSA.Methods A total of 150 RSA patients who visited Guangzhou Women′s and Children′s Medical Center from January 2016 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group adopted conventional intervention methods, and the observation group adopted family-based intervention model, the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale of patients in the two groups were compared, and the intervention effect was analyzed. Results Before intervention, the average scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly higher than those of normal people, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).However,there was no statistical difference between SAS and SDS scores before intervention in the two groups(P>0.05).SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).SAS and SDS scores of two groups of patients after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The family-based intervention mode can evidently improve the mental health of RSV patients and successfully increase the total effective rate of pregnancy, which is worthy of extensive promotion.
