Application of transfering the abdominal pedicle flap to lower iliac nerve in finger transplantation

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of transfering the abdominal pedicle flap to lower iliac nerve in finger transplantation.Methods Altogether 5 cases of finger broken between people with acute hand trauma in department of hand surgery of our hospital from October 2015 to December 2017,who were performed the grafting operation to transfer the abdominal pedicle flap to lower iliac nerve,ventral superficial vein and superficial iliac vein distantly.The postoperative follow-up was carried out to observe the recovery about nerve function.Results Through the observation of postoperative treatment,5 cases who were performed the grafting operation to transfer the abdominal pedicle flap to lower iliac nerve、ventral superficial vein and superficial iliac vein restored well and quickly.Conclusion The method of grafting operation to transfer the abdominal pedicle flap to lower iliac nerve distantly is safe,reliable and effective,which is worthy of clinical application.
