Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of Glisson pedicle transection hepatic resection at the porta hepatisin for preventing recurrence of tumor.Methods60 patients given hepatic resection in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2016 were selected as objects.Patients were divided into the control group and study group according to the treatment method.30 cases in the control group were given general hepatic resection, while 30 patients in the study group were given Glisson pedicle transection hepatic resection. The effect of two surgical methods on preventing recurrence of liver tumor was compared.ResultsThere operation time had no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The difference of intraoperative bleeding amount, length of stay, the incidence of complication,ALT and Alb after the first and seventh day operation were significant(P<0.05).Followed-up 1 year, the recurrence rate of the study group was 10.0%,which was lower than that of the control group (36.7%),and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionGlisson pedicle transection hepatic resection can reduce the intraoperative bleeding amount and reduce the recurrence of liver tumor. The effect is obvious, and the survival rate of the patients is improved, which has an application value.
