Abstract:The morbidity of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease in China is increasing year by year, resulting in high mortality and serious harm. With the continuous development of coronary artery interventional therapy, techniques such as intravascular ultrasound (IVUS),optical coherence tomography (OCT),and fractional flow reserve (FFR)emerge.Coronary angiography(CAG)is considered as “gold standard” for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease. To address whether the diseased coronary arteries leading to myocardial ischemia,FFR guided percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)for revascularization has become a research hotspot, which is constantly being applied in clinical practice. The article is going to review the current clinical application of FFR.
