Abstract：Objective To observed the effect of three person program blood glucose management on blood glucose control and insulin injection technology in diabetic patients.Methods 100 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with initial basal insulin were selected in our department of Endocrinology from August 2016 to June 2017,according to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was received conventional education,and the observation group was received with the implementation of three person program blood glucose management in patients with project management,The blood glucose,insulin injection technology and the occurrence of adverse reactions of two group patients were observed before and after 12 weeks management in each group.Results A total of 100 patients were enrolled and 94 patients completed 12 weeks of follow-up.After 12 weeks intervention,two groups of patients of fasting blood glucose (FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)were significantly decrease than those of before treatment(P＜0.01）,the blood glucose control,insulin injection technology in observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05）.Conclusion Three person program blood glucose management can not only help diabetics improve insulin injection technology,but also can make patients′blood glucose control well.
