综合护理在原发性闭角型青光眼患者滤过术后的应用效果

摘要目的探讨综合护理在原发性闭角型青光眼患者滤过术后的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月～2017年2月在我院接受手术治疗的原发性闭角型青光眼患者128例，采取随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组，每组各64例。对照组接受常规的护理措施，实验组接受综合护理措施；比较两组的自我管理效能得分及生存质量等。结果护理前两组的自我管理效能评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理3个月后，实验组的自我管理效能评分为（32.92±7.53）分，高于对照组的（26.47±5.94）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理 3个月后，实验组的生存质量评分为（62.27±4.37）分，高于对照组的（54.65±3.48）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理能增强原发性闭角型青光眼患者的自我管理效能，提高其术后日常生活活动能力和生活质量，在临床中具有重要的推广意义。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing on primary angle-closure glaucoma after filtration surgery.Methods 128 patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were selected.Patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,64cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing measures.The self-management efficacy scores and the quality of life of patients in the two group were compared.Results The self-management efficacy scores of the two groups before nursing were not statistically significant(P＞0.05）;after 3 months of nursing,the self-management efficacy score in the experimental group([32.92±7.53]scores)was higher than that in the control group([26.47±5.94]scores),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);after 3 months of nursing,the quality of life in the experimental group([62.27±4.37]scores)was higher than that in the control group ([54.65±3.48]scores),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can enhance the self-management efficacy of the patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma,improve postoperative activities of daily living,the quality of life of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma after surgery,which has an important clinical significance in clinical practice.
