Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing on primary angle-closure glaucoma after filtration surgery. Methods 128 patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were selected.Patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,64cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing measures. The self-management efficacy scores and the quality of life of patients in the two group were compared. Results The self-management efficacy scores of the two groups before nursing were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 3 months of nursing, the self-management efficacy score in the experimental group([32.92±7.53]scores)was higher than that in the control group([26.47±5.94]scores),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 3 months of nursing, the quality of life in the experimental group([62.27±4.37]scores)was higher than that in the control group ([54.65±3.48]scores),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can enhance the self-management efficacy of the patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma, improve postoperative activities of daily living, the quality of life of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma after surgery, which has an important clinical significance in clinical practice.
