Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of dynamic and conventional electrocardiogram(ECG)in the diagnosis of children with arrhythmia. Methods A total of 50 children with arrhythmia treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects. They were all performed with dynamic and conventional ECG respectively. The test results of dynamic and conventional ECG and heart rate variability in patients with ventricular arrhythmia and non-ventricular arrhythmia was observed and analyzed.ResultsChildren with arrhythmia undergone dynamic ECG,the detection rates of conduction block, atrial premature contraction, ventricular premature contraction, ventricular tachycardia, and supraventricular tachycardia were significantly higher than those of conventional ECGs,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In children with ventricular arrhythmia, the PNN50 in heart rate variability (the ratio of heart beat closing to normal RR interval difference over 50 ms to that in the normal sinus interval)was much higher than those in children with non-ventricular arrhythmia, among which root mean square difference of adjacent RR interval(rMMSD),mean standard deviation of RR interval during 5 min within 24 h(SDNNindex),and standard deviation of RR interval in all sinus beats(SDNN)were all lower than those children with non-ventricular arrhythmia, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic and conventional ECG both obtain certain values in the diagnosis of arrhythmia in children, but higher value is reflected in the former.
