Abstract：Objective To analyze the difference in the value of two contrast agent injection methods in hysterosalpingography.Methods A total of 367 patients with infertility who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects,and divided into the control group(n=130)and observation group(n=247)according to the contrast injection method.In the control group,the physician manually injected the uterine tubal contrast agent at the bedside.The observation group used the remote technique to operate the microinjection pump to inject the uterine tubal contrast agent into the patient′s body.The image quality,diagnostic results,and pain status of the two groups were analyzed (VAS was used to assess the degree of pain).Results The image quality of the observation group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.85%)(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the results of the fallopian tube angiography between the two groups(P>0.05),but the difference of the uterine angiography between the two group was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total pain of the infusion imaging in the observation group was 59 cases(23.89%),which was significantly lower than the control group for 107 cases(82.31%)(P<0.01).VAS scores in the observation group ([1.71±0.35]points)was significantly lower than that in the control group([6.45±1.12]points),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The use of remote technology to operate the microinjection pump to inject the contrast agent into the patient′s body can effectively protect the quality of the contrast image,reduce the patient′s pain and improve the diagnostic accuracy.
